Our Savoir-Faire :

We vinify our wines with the greatest respect for ancestral traditions so as to create authentic “crus” representative and typical of their land.
Therefore, whether the grapes come from our vineyards or from a scrupulous selection of bought in grapes, all of our blends come from low yield, meticulously selected and harvested fruit.

Nonetheless, with our prestigious «crus”, be they Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venise or simply a generic Cotes du Rhône Villages, we are committed to bringing the greatest care during the vinification (crushing, de-stemming, pre-fermentation, maceration, heat-regulation, pumping-over, pneumatic pressing), so as to extract and optimize the concentration of the harvest.

This is why our wines are characterized by deep color’s from which emanate strong aromatic fragrances that we find in the mouth in a context is full and generous, and forever harmonious.
As a result, the love which we bring to these wines during their maturing (oak or new barrels) is always dictated by a respect for their balance, so as to avoid masking their distinctiveness.
