The cuvées Vieux Clocher descend from our family estate (Vacqueyras) and our vinification.
We vinify our wines with the greatest respect for ancestral traditions, which allows us to bring you authentic vintages with well affirmed typicity and representativity of their terroirs.
We are seeking in all the Vieux Clocher Crus, deep colors with fruity bouquets on ample mouths featuring silky tannins. Those wines may be enjoyed young, yet providing developing touches of spices (pepper, licorice). To that end we only use oak casks for the wood part of the aging process as to not hide the authentic aromas of our Crus.
Flagships of our Cuvées in their respective appelations, the Seigneur de Lauris vintages are the fruit of a crafted blending of the oldest vines in our family estate (Vacqueyras) or from our vinifications ...
Vinified with a long vatting time (21 days), as to extract all the terroir potential, they require between 18 and 24 months of maturation in oak casks in order to deliver elegantly their aromatic complexity.
Their full body and blossoming tannins confer them an harmonious balance that with patience, will develop the velvet and unctuosity of exceptional wines: the essence of a terroir.
The Arnoux&Fils cuvées are developed from our selections and the partnership we have been fostering for decades with our friends wine makers and vintners.
Every vintage is the result of a careful selection, following rigorous criteria that allow us to only offer you great quality wines, even when we don not control the raw material or the vinification.
Furthermore, we commit our name, therefore our image; that is why you will find across this selection, wines with an affirmed typicity and representative of their appellation.
